The theme of the day was building trust – making our services simpler, better
value, and easier to promote than ever before.

We also shared our vision, which is to become the Nations' most trusted
utility supplier – the one you'd recommend to your mum!

Here is a brief summary of the changes we announced:

Home Phone & Broadband

•	Our Standard Broadband service at £6.99 per month now includes a Free Wireless Router (no £1.25 monthly charge) and Unlimited Data, with no minimum contract.
•	Sky customers will soon be able to transfer their broadband directly to us, with no interruption to their service. They'll even be able to keep their existing number – watch this space…!

Mobiles

•	All our handsets are now available 'free' with no upfront payment – even the iPhone5!!
•	New ValueMax costs just £20 per month including unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 2GB data.
•	Handsets now cost from £1 per month on a 24 month contract.
•	New Mobile Phone Protection Scheme – FREE for Gold Status members.

Business Club

•	Massive price reductions on all services.
•	New Business Club website with online application process.

New Promotions

•	Act now to earn advance Lifebelts for our next Holiday Promotion – closes 31 March 2013.
•	£5 extra CGB on new CashBack cards until 30 April.
•	Pizza Tuesdays extended.

Other Exciting Announcements
